Creativity, Knowledge & Wellbeing

I love teaching because it allows me to share what I’ve learned through years of making art, while helping others reconnect with their own creativity and feel more confident, clear, and at ease in their creative process.

Living and working on the Greek islands has shaped the way I teach - through an island rhythm of slowness, closeness to nature, and hands-on work with natural materials, where presence, grounding, trust, and a sense of flow naturally emerge.

This approach is informed by my long-term artistic practice, spanning formal training at Chelsea College of Art in parallel exhibiting in London and internationally, and the subsequent relocation of my studio to the Greek islands.

In my signature workshops, I guide you into a slow, embodied, and intuitive relationship with making, based on playful mixed-media techniques where the emphasis is on process rather than outcome.

Creativity here is not something to be forced or performed, but something that emerges naturally through a grounded, relaxed, and playful approach.

The workshops invite you into holistic ways of art-making that support mental flow, grounding, clarity, and trust. Through slow, attentive making, you build trust in the process and in your own capacity to create - developing practical tools and ways of thinking and feeling that stay with you beyond the workshop.

Each session is an immersive experience rather than a lesson. You will create tangible pieces, but more importantly, you will leave with a sense of alignment, calm accomplishment, and a renewed capacity to focus, inhabit time, and engage creatively with everyday life.

The workshops are open to people with no previous artistic experience and are suitable for all levels. Bespoke, private one-to-one sessions are also available upon request for individuals and groups.
